Only place I could find with such a wonderful staff. I got my wedding band comfort fit so that I don't have to worry about it falling off my hand at work and it's made of material that is guaranteed not to bust break bend or get worn down. If by some slight chance something ever happens to my wedding band they pay to fix it for free. This is a great place that really cares about their customers.

Stafford Jewelers worked with my husband to create my engagement ring, and it is absolutely beautiful. They spent weeks with him, and the end product is amazing. Since then, their customer service has been through the roof. We've purchased several more things from them, had jewelry repaired by them, and for price and service, they can't be beat. Nick at the Stafford's Jewelers in Miamisburg, Ohio was wonderful. He helped my husband find the perfect engagement ring, and also gave us a great deal on our wedding bands. He still knows our names when we walk in, and he will be our jeweler for life.

Truly a family company that cares first about the customer! Staffords is reasonably priced so I bring all my jewelry repairs to them but what earned my loyalty is the character and values behind their service. I once brought a repair to them around closing time and accidentally locked myself out of my car. Staff stayed late, looked up phone numbers for services that could open my car, and even offered to drive me home if needed. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, and it demonstrates the generosity and selflessness naturally incorporated into the way they do business.

LOVE Stafford Jewelers!!! When I got engaged - we shopped EVERY jewelry store around - all the mall stores and everything around the mall - even some other stores that are well known. One thing I noticed at ALL of those stores - the quality of the diamonds was lacking but the prices were still up there. We went to Staffords and they were so helpful and MADE me the rings (both engagement and wedding band) I really wanted with TOP QUALITY diamonds and at about the same cost. I will not shop any of the "chain jewelry stores". At Stafford's you know who you are dealing with and the quality really can't be beat. SUPER customer service!!!!

My now husband and I shopped all the jewelry stores in our local area, we got the best price and quality from stafford! We didn't see exactly what we were looking for so they placed special over night orders to give us the options we wanted. They called us the next morning and had 8 diamonds for us to chose from and took the time going over each one with us. And let me point out, I have a one carat center stone, its not like we were big buyers purchasing a 3 carat stone, but they made me feel like we were. We went back to them for our wedding rings and again, they were very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us. After our wedding, my husband had issues with his gold ring fitting correctly (it was way too big). Because of the way the ring was made, they were unable to size it in store. They placed a rush order to get a new ring and apologized multiple times. When we came back for the new ring, it fit perfectly and they were again apologetic that we had any issues to begin with. The sales girl we were dealing with saw me looking the Alex and Ani bracelets and let me behind the counter to get a good look at all styles they had available. I picked out a new bracelet and she bagged it up and wouldn't allow us to pay for it! It's only a $20 bracelet but she said she felt so bad we had to make multiple trips, it was the least she could do. The point is, everyone makes mistakes but the way a company handles the mistake shows what they are made of. They are a family run business and you can tell they take pride in their work and they appreciate their customers. I guarantee you will quality products and great customer service from this company. I will not shop at any other jewelry store.

I went to Stafford s many times. I have always had wonderful service both with finding jewelry and selling jewelry. The staff is courteous and attentive. They go out of their way to help you, including ordering in a custom setting for me. Even when I sold items they were fair, friendly, and easy to work with.
