      Awesome Place!

      I took my dog in for the 'spa' treatment today....this place was FABULOUS!! I could tell right away that these were dog loving people! My great dane has the best time here! All the groomers are well trained in their profession and my dog loves it there! All I have to do is say Sham-Poochies and he grabs his leash and is ready to go!

      Took my doggie to the BUCHER,

      because that is just what they did. she was cut under her neck in 3 diffrent places. Her little kunnie kane was cut she had big problems walking and using the bathroom.



      I took her back to sham-buchies when she saw the building I had to fight with her to get her out of the car, she was scard crying just all shook up.



      After showing the owner the cuts she said that my doggie was matted and that was the problem. which was a lie from HELL!

      She refused to pay for a vet bill,she refused to pay half for a vet visit,she refused to give me any money back,she refuse to be responsable for anything.



      PLEASE PLEASE I beg you never take your pet to this place

      Considering this was almost 2 years ago and there have not been any other complaints or issues posted....I would say 1 upset customer compared to numerous satisfied customers is a pretty good percentage...our business is doing well. And I find it hard to believe that the owners did not work with you on this issue. They are very respected in the community and have been in business since 1995...fyi...if you are trying to say that they BUTCHERED your dog....you spelled it incorrectly...spell check should be your best friend.
