Very prompt. Solved immediate drain problem. Gave good advice for how to approach other issues I was in process of dealing with. Responded quickly to and provided good answer to a post visit question I had.
I had an emergency. Called at 9:00 am on a Saturday and a service representative arrived at 10:30 am! Not bad considering it was Thanksgiving weekend. The representative was professional and answered all of my questions. Also gave me recommendations and estimates on service issues I may encounter in the future.
set up appointment, got confirmation text message and a call1/2 hr before my technician was to arrive and was given his name. Brent H. came to the door in that timeframe and was very informative as to what was going to happen. He went straight to work and knew exactly what needed to be done to solve my issue. Would definitely use this company again and try to request Brent H. very happy and no more problems!!
I tried to unclog the kitchen sink myself, but should have called Roto-Rooter first. Brent arrived on time this morning and cleaned out the drain. He was very helpful and answered all my questions too.
I had a MONUMENTAL, perfect storm of plumbing problems that came together in one bathroom and adjacent laundry room YESTERDAY. TODAY, Dave Crawford, Roto-Rooter technician, fixed the problem after carefully talking me through every step he would take and why, and how much each step would cost. I will only call Roto-Rooter from now on, and I will ask for Dave.

Fast and efficient...a little pricey but super helpful to my questions and concerns. Sump pump went haywire and on a Sunday at that; they came quickly to replace with polite, respectful and knowledgeable service! Thank you all!
I tried numerous home remedies to clear the clog in my bath tub with no success. On a Saturday night I finally broke down and called Roto-Rooter. That was the smartest move I made and only wish I did it sooner! I was impressed with their professionalism and how knowledge! They cleared the clog and even answered questions on how to prevent the issue in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing issues.
We had a sewer line backup in the basement on Feb 8, 2019. There was 2 inches of sewage and storm water run off - it was a mess. Ron - tech #3726, was able to come out that afternoon, clear the drain, and get rid of the standing water. He was very quick and efficient - great to work with. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone .
We have used Roto-Rooter over the last 30 years, mostly for sewer cleaning, and we have always been very satisfied with their service. Today we needed someone to help us with either a sewer cleaning problem or a plumbing problem - we weren't sure. We called Roto-Rooter mid-morning...they were here early afternoon, diagnosed the difficulty, and solved the problem quickly! (Plumbing problem!) The Customer Service rates an A+. Satisfaction rates an A+. The young man who helped us was polite and efficient, and he did a GREAT job. Thank you, Roto-Rooter! :)
Called in the morning was at my house with in a couple hours. Fast and wasn’t here for very long and problem is fixed
I received a heads up call advising me plumber was on his way to my house. Plumber was prompt, professional, and reviewed the various issues with toilets and water drains on shower and sink. Work was completed on time and correctly. I recommend RotoRooter for drainage and plumbing issues!
We received prompt communication with the plumbers who came to our home. The service terms and completed work were explained to us thoroughly. Both plumbers were professional, friendly and respectful of our home while working here. We called after 8:00 pm on a 33 degree night, work was completed as promised even in the cold and dark.

My main drain clogged and was backed up. I called (on a Saturday), the technician was at my house within 2 hours! He was able to unclog the drain in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and courteous. They ran a camera down the drain. I was watching and he explained everything to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use Rotor-Rooter again for my plumbing work.

I noticed a water leak coming into my home from a city line. Within an hour of calling roto-rooter at 4:30 pm, they were at my house, starting a claim and repairs and worked to start drying out my house. I am impressed by their professionalism and quick work!
