Simply the best customer service experience ever!!! I live out of town and my mother became very sick. Right at Home in Dayton helped us for 5 years. The entire time we had the same 3 caregivers. Incredible customer service and outstanding care for my mother in her home!!! Bravo Right at Home of Dayton.

This company is absolutely horrible to work for. The stuff doesn't care about the workers. It's all about them looking "good" and making money. When I first was employed they told me I had to sign a paper that if I didn't stay for 90 days they took $100 out of my last pay check. They are about 30 minutes from my house so I didn't want to drive to their office to get my paycheck. I asked if they could mail it to me. "If you bring us an enveloped that is stamped and addressed we will" is the response I got. They are SO cheap!! The pay is horrible, and they will send you 30 minutes from your house for a 2 hour visit. I spend $8 in gas just to make $18. It's not worth it!!! They also aren't very customer friendly. They don't go over and beyond to please their clients. It's whatever makes them look the best and works for them. An overall horrible company.
