Taking them to court they took my grandma for over $17000 and caused over $35000 n damages to my home. Then they filed a non enforceable lien on my home. No problem there bc I’m not moving b4 it expires anyway and even if I did a lender can refuse to pay the lien bc it was not properly done. Beware of this company. They even lied to bbb and we were unaware of the lien but arbitrator knew and was biased against my grandma and I bc of it. If u want to avoid a big mess avoid this company. We r working with Ohio attorney general and several other organizations to pursue damages against this company n several forms. Again beware of this company go with angler construction or companies like it that are more well known. Companies like pure drywall are not well known and for good reason. Hope this review saves others from going through what my families had to endure bc of this company. Oh did I mention they tried paying us off if we agreed to keep our mouths shut they only offered $7000 and we declined bc of their terms if we were paid we couldn’t tell anyone what they did to us and we felt other customers had a right to be informed. So we declined! Shows what type of so called company they are!
