Work was completed in a timely manner. Outside work drilling through brick could have been done better. Patching and cleanup was not done to my satisfaction. Did get DPand L rebate, but honestly haven't experienced any savings on utilities and home is still not warm as promised even with the rather mild winter....

Awesome job. Great service. My roof looks great. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend.

I was very happy with the job Platinum Insulation did in my attic. James responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, explained his product very well, and was able to complete the project in less than a week. The workers provided a professional level of quality, and I've noticed improvement in the comfort level of my home almost immediately. I'd recommend Platinum to anyone needing insulation work.

Showed up on time, very pleasant installers, cleaned up when finished and checked as they were doing the job to make sure we were satisfied. The owner James is working hard to grow his business and is very interested in making sure the customer is satisfied. Nice to work with a family owned business interested in the results.

I was very satisfied working with Platinum Insulation. I had gathered a couple of estimates, one guy was in and out of my house in less than 5 minutes, James took the time to explain exactly what would be done and what product they'd be using. He also explained the meaning of the “R” value of insulation and how insulation actually “works”. I’m a very detailed person and was glad James took the time to be detailed with me; it was an easy choice to have him do the work. The installation guys were fantastic, very well mannered and were sure not to leave a mess. Upon completion of each section of the attic, they asked me to look at the work to make sure I was happy (I would have anyway, but the fact they even asked me to look was awesome). They even gave me some DIY tips on how to better seal up my doors and windows. All in all, I obviously would recommend Platinum Insulation for anybody’s insulation needs.

Very friendly people office staff, sales guys, and install crew. Price was very reasonable not high and then drop bunch of times or play phone game, gave me low price with coupons and discounts they had from home show ect... Cleaned up after install and sales rep was not pushy at all said I needed few days to think about all just to see how he would react, he was ok with that. I called back few days later said I was ready and signed and paid and install done within few days worked around my schedule and here I am happy and job complete. Would recommend them and am going to and If i need any other jobs they can do for me I will be going to them.
