The wait time has become a problem, at my daughter's last visit I was there for 2 hours. I can deal with this, I was understanding with the fact that they were busy and even that every patient that came in after me went in before me. What I can't deal with is the fact that employees talk about their patients in the hall where everyone can hear. No matter what happened in the room, it should not have been talked about like that. I could hear them plain as day talking about my daughter. I'm pretty sure this violates HIPAA. I am not sure what I should do at this point about the matter but I am definitely not happy.

After nearly 11 years of bringing my kids here, I've finally hit my limit on dealing with this office. tonight, We waited over an hour and never did see the doctor. I said I had to leave because we had activities at 4:30, which should have not been an issue with a 2:45 appt. I didn't intend to skip the kids activities by going to the doctor. When I told the lady at the desk that I wanted to change the appointment and I wanted assurances that I would not be charged as a no show for leaving without seeing the doctor. of course they couldn't assure me as that much. I Told the lady at the desk that I had to make an appointment and that I was very unhappy about my experience the office manager came up and offered to have a quiet conversation with me in a different location. I told her I didn't have time to I needed to book my appointment and go because I would already now late for other appointment. So she had some guy stand next to the lady and glower down at me acting like a bouncer. I told the kid I didnt plan on threatening anyone and there is really no need for a bouncer - just making an appointment. I feel like just because I complained and said so in front of other people that I waited over an hour and never saw the doctor. The office manager treated me as though I'm a menace rather than a customer with a legitimate issue. I didnt yell, raise my voice, make threats, use vulgar language, or in anyway do anything threatening. I voiced my complaint and explained why the situation was so upsettig. The office manager called me rude and kicked my kids out of the practice...the only pediatrician they have ever seen.

Dr. Mary Pipik and Lida King CPNP are so wonderful and I have had great experiences with Dr. Ramsey, too. Waits on the phone can be long and Dr. Gresham has no people skills, but I am very confident in their ability to take care of my kids.

I have been going to this practice for over 10 years now. I think the docotrs and staff are wonderful. There are some times that you have to wait, but it is just like any other doctors office. I would recomend this practice to anyone.

Unfortunately wait time over my past 5 visits have been close to 1 1/2 - 2 hrs to get in & out. Not sure what the issue is but certainly not a one time thing. I like that the practice has so many Drs available for appts when needed & someone on call at Childrens. However, waiting in a small room for over an hr with a 2, 5 & 6 year old is no fun!

The doctors offer quality care. The nurses are over-worked and rude. The office staff is highly disrespectful to patients with no respect for patient privacy.

I would have given them 5 stars just 2 years ago but a string of bad experiences in the last 1 1/2 brings me to a 1. Seems to have gone down hill at record pace since they expanded their offices. The major gripe is with office staff and one of the Drs. We will be exiting this practice very soon! Staff is rude and slow. Cannot seem to get in and out of the place in under 1 hr no matter what the appointment is for routine or not. Noticed none of the old staffers are there anymore so I'm sure this isn't just my opinion of the new situation.
