Provided by YP.comMatthew, there is a glitch in the system where I cannot respond to your review, so I am doing it here. I am sorry that you feel this way. We have been your servicer more than one occasion and you have always been charged a service call. We gave you an estimate to complete the repair, which you agreed to, and we completed for under the original estimate. Our technician has a 35 years of experience which allows him to be very efficient and be assured, there were no additional charges because we had to get the part and return.

Provided by YP.comWARNING: if you call them out to the house, you will be charged $83 bucks. That DOES NOT apply to the repair service costs, now referring to it as a 'diagnostic call,' which was a bunch of bull.
I called knowing what part was needed. When the tech came out he took 5 min and agreed, added he didn't stock the part (it's a common Frigidaire model and I do believe this is a part of their scam), so he would be back "in about four days."
When time came to pay the bill, I was charged a total of $230 dollars for 30 min work, and the part costs sixty bucks (which they also marked up considerably). NEVER NEVER NEVER use Logan!
( I assume the boss is retiring... one more gouge before going out of business?)

Provided by YP.comThe service personally are always very professional and friendly. However, I recently had an issue/question which Michelle from accounting was asked to call me back about. When I did receive the call, Michelle immediately was very rude when I asked her a question and then while discussing, she hung up the phone on me! Thinking it was a mistake, I returned a phone call immediately, she immediately made accusations that i was difficult, never paid my bills (impossible since they ask for payment at end of service), we do not want to do business with you anymore! Both these conversations took a total of 2 minutes. Unbelievable that a company representative for a company over 100 years old would act like this. I have been using them for over 5 years But As Of Now THEY CAN be certain that I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN.!! There are plenty of companies in Dayton out there that are just as good and I am sure will treat THE CUSTOMER WITH MORE REPECT!

Provided by YP.comI was impressed with the appt setting process and they got me in as soon as possible. The technician was there early and was very efficient. They solved my problem on the spot and even helped with a second refrigerator in the garage which he did not have down from the call in. They never did ask me where I found them so I doubt they know I found them on YP.com. Also, I was later using the phone book and noticed a coupon on the cover that I failed to use. DON'T forget to use it!!!!

Provided by YP.comI like the fact that over the years when I call out Logan Masters the service tech. is the same. This makes me feel like I am dealing with a company that takes care of its employees which makes me feel like they will take care of me.
