My first visit to the Italian Oven and I was very impressed. The inside isn't anything special but the food is fantastic. The salad was extremely fresh and delicious. The entree came which was alfredo, extremely good. All their sauces are homemade and fresh. And you can really taste the difference. I've found my new favorite italian place. And everything is reasonably priced. I will be going back again and again!

The employee talked to me from behind a wall, no greeting or hello. He did manage to grunt out a "yea, can I help you?" He tossed my food on the counter as if it were a bag lunch. So disgusted with the level of respect and customer service.



May I suggest taking a class on customer service and be nice.

Wow...Service was beyond lacking and they weren't even busy at noon on a work day. The guy behind the counter didn't greet us although he saw us standing there. When he brought our carry out order to the counter, he just dropped it in front of us without a word.



I'm all about supporting local business but not when service is that bad. Definitely will not be patron this establishment and very disappointed in the lack of service.

Holy Cow, the sandwiches are amazing. Had the Meatball and Zesty Italian Subs. Best Italian Sub in town.
