i went to J's for dinner with my wife. I ordered a filet with baked potato with Bacon Butter and Cheese. When it arrived I had sour cream and cheese only. Sent it back. Then head Manager Greg Spyro brings my food out. Potato has cheese and chives only. After this I just told him to take off bill. I wasn't eating. When my waiter came over and asked where my food was I told him potato was messed up. He repeated my order back correctly. Had the Manager actually asked my waiter Kyle what my order was, all of this could have been avoided. Then when the check came he took my steak off but still charged me for a fountain coke. Talk about being petty. My bill was $61 I gave the waiter $81 and told him to keep it. I paid $81 at J Alexander's to watch my wife eat. Was the worst dining experience I've ever had. And had the manager Greg done his job and checked with my waiter all of this could have been avoided. Shame on you J Alexander's. Shame on you
