The previous commenter is obviously only happy when they are complaining about something. These *professional* mechanics have been taking care of my Grand Caravan and Civic for several years now and never fail. I mostly deal with Bud, but everyone is pleasant and professional here. Kudos!

this company is horrible. i took my car which was overheating to grismer to have it checked. i said i thought it might be the head gasket. they fixed my car and before i had driven it 2 blocks, it was overheating again. when i confronted them they told me that they fixed what i said the trouble was. i was guessing, they are the mechanics, they should know what the porblem was. anyway i had to get a lawyer to get my money back and it was a nightmare. i asked about their shoddybusiness practices and the manager told me they poeple in this neighborhood have plenty of money, they just write me a check and leave. do not do business with this or any other grismer location.
