Gary came out to our home to fix the sagging seat in our La-Z-Boy chair and a half recliner. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable, especially about La-Z-Boy. He had to reinforce the seat padding and replaced a screw that had broken. I am so pleased with how the chair sits and looks. I have a second chair exactly like the one he refurbished. I'm gonna have him come back to do the same thing to the other one. He's very busy and I only had him book time for the one chair. Gary is very professional and so pleasant and respectful while in your home. A true gentleman. I can't tell you how happy I am with the job he did. His price is way more than fair, $80.00 which anyone else would have charged much more. I recommend him highly.

Gary was very nice. He did exactly what the warranty company asked him to do which was come out and evaluate the furniture. Very courteous, helpful and professional.

I would not recommend this company. They were asked by a retail store to look at a piece of furniture. I did not agree with his report as maybe he didn't have all the facts, so I called him to discuss his report and as I was speaking with he hung up on me. I called back and it went to voice mail so I left a message. He never called me back. All I wanted was to discuss and understand his report. I felt there was a defect for this piece of furniture as this happened within 6 weeks of owning it in a room that was not being used. I believe I deserve to understand his report since the retail store is relying on it. Very poor customer service, thus I would not recommend them. Turns out I had another Great repair company ( Edwards Furniture – in Springboro) look at the piece of furniture and there was a defect in the construction.
