SAT ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES . THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I HATE THIS PLACE ANYMORE. Who leaves customers on hold for 25 + minutes I know place ain't that busy no wonder all movie stores are closing can't get help to save your life. Will be canceling my membership and take it else where
