You better order pick up if you want hot pizza, we usually pick up our order but we've made the mistake of having them deliver a couple of times. The last time we ordered we had them deliver our order, it took their driver 18 minutes to get to our house 1.2 miles from the store, they want to change you a delivery charge for that? And then you're supposed to tip on top of that, ridiculous. The pizza was just barely warm when it got to our house and was cold by the time I got to the second pice. I talked to the manager the next day and she said the office would be sending out some certificates for the inconvenience, that was 4 weeks ago and we've not received anything from them. I'll go back to Pizza Hut from here on out when I want cheap pizza.

To the previous review: I understand where you are coming from, but keep in mind that was one store, not even in Ohio. Also you think that does not happen at other places of business? Most employee's just aren't stupid enough to post it on Youtube for all to see. I worked for the company as an assistant manager for two years and I can honestly say I have never seen such a thing happen in my store and not only was I appalled by the video but all of my employee's where as well.

After seeing the video of those Domino's employees farting on peoples food and sticking things up their nose and putting it on peoples pizza, I will never eat another Domino's pizza again. That is the grosses thing I have ever seen, and I would be ashamed of myself to ever feed my family anything that comes from a company that this has happened at. That is a very easy way for someone to spread disease, and I am mortified after seeing that video. This is why I will not eat fast food.
