DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! If I could rate them minus 100 I would.
They are unprofessional and Chronic Lier's. We towed a car there upon recommendation of someone, they assured us they would look at it within 2 days, each day we called, they said "Oh it's on the rack now" but what they really meant to say was when hell freezes over it will be on the rack. Always had an excuse why they didn't get to check it out yet, someone went on vacation unexpectedly, someone in hospital, yada yada yada. Any way 8 days later, and all kinds of lies, we have had to tow it to another business to have it done the right way. I ask why they couldn't be honest about it and he wouldn't answer any questions. So if you want your car fixed and back within a year, go to a different transmission shop or you will be walking!!!!
