Miller Lane location had no grits !!!! We normally we have great service today the young girl that was assigned to our table decided she was not going to service us two managers were sent over we never requested managers just service like straws, syrup refill on coffee nothing out of the ordinary. The trip over was a waist of time.

0The manager Tony is exceptional! He started out working as a host, then server and now he is a manager. He has a wonderful customer service standard and brings out the best in his workers. It has been a wonderful journey watching him reap the benefits of his hard work. The food is wonderful and they strive to bring the best service possible. My mother was a frequent visitor to Cracker Barrel and the servers were always gracious and kind. One of the servers purchased her meal for her and she never knew which one it was but any of them could have done it. Great employees...
Love going to Cracker Barrel and the great menu. However, I specifically called this morning, Veterans Day, to inquire about free meals for Veterans and was told by the lady that they do honor that request. We went there and had breakfast but was told at the register that they do not have such an offer. Is there a reason why most all restaurants pay honor to Vets and you don't? Very disappointed but will continue to patronize the business.Phone answerer needs to be better informed.
great old school country style food. the people are all very kind, mostly older folks for staff so they dont run around or anythign which is kinda nice. and all the random vinatage items you find in the gift shop atmosphere is great. you can find OLD cartoons and tv shows from tom and jerry to the 3 stooges. its amazing the things you can find. and all after having a great meal at a good price. so its a must stop by kinda place.
Hard to beat Cracker Barrel's gift selection (and food).
