Founded in 1998, the parent company s affiliates include CTech, Garuda Cotex Shades, Interventional Imaging and RavenRock Workwear. Its subsidiary, JMD Development, was founded in 1989 and is engaged in the business of converting undeveloped land into residential buildings.
