I would not recommend ever using this collection agency. They do not collect anything.

They charged my company commission on an account that they said later on they could not locate. And when asked about why we were charged for an account they dont have on file and that we wanted back our commission we were charged ... the person who has been pretending a manager since we gave them our business suddenly could not help us with this account issue and said would forward this issue on to management. there are a whole lot more issues, but ill just say "Don't waste your time with them... you are better collecting the monies yourself.
