great people! recently purchased a used car from them and was 100 percent satisfied. I did find a minor problem after the 30 day warranty was up but i spoke with a carmax service rep. and the are fixing my car at no cost to me! any other dealership wouldve said you are out of luck, or blew it off. carmax will definately be around for a long time with service like this. They from the start were great but then they took the top with this one!!!! Great people, great prices, and honest people will be sure to have alot of people talking and sending friends and family!! thanks Carmax.
