- The Carlyle Arboretum is a fully secured exterior 10,000 square foot area for our residents. The attached Arboretum is designed as an old English cottage garden with a bridge spanning a dry river bed, a large pergola, sitting areas, elevated planting beds and an abundance of plantings and flowers surrounding an elegant nine foot tall bronze fountain. Our residents will enjoy concerts in the Arboretum, picnics, social gatherings all while protected by monumental brick columns and wrought iron fencing. In front of The Carlyle House we have created another outdoor venue where our residents can enjoy a leisurely lunch or simply enjoy the company of family and friends.
