I was excited to be invited to dinner and finally seeing Bonefish on the inside, but I did not have a pleasant experience. I arrived at 6 and the seating was half capacity. The service was very slow. It took over 10 minutes to get water. Another 10 for my drink. I was with two ladies and one had to send her drink back because they left out the alcohol. It then took over 25 minutes for my food to arrive. The seafood must have been ignored for a while because it tasted like gum erasers over birdseed-textured rice. A co-owner came to our table but was more concerned with us knowing who he was, rather than how we were being treated. The server who brought the food never came back to find out how we were doing. By then I just paid the check and left, for good. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but I think I'll just roll the dice with the other dozen restaurants nearby instead. I hope things turn around soon and you have a better time then we did.

As good as the food is I could not stay. Bartenders lack of attention for anyone but a regular is extremely frustrating. That is unless you expect some acknowledgement you're sitting there
