AutoSpot recently repaired my van which was involved in a front end collision. I cannot say enough GREAT things about the way that I was treated by Dave and his entire staff. They exceeded all of my expectations, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were being met.

My van was finished an entire week earlier than originally promised and I was kept informed during the entire repair process.

Upon pickup, my van was completely detailed inside and out and looked brand new!

They did a terrible job, with at least 5 noticeable flaws on my car. The manager is like a used car salesman; he talks a lot and will say anything to convince you that he cares and will fix the problems, but he never actually followed through. I would never go there again. P.S.-- He managed True Quality Collision a few years ago, so any bad reviews for that site would apply here now.

Autospot Collision deserves the highest possible rating for customer support. I have used their shop on four different occasions for minor body repairs. Each time I have been very impressed with the quality of their work, attention to detail, and concern for customer satisfaction. The local area is fortunate to have such a customer focused shop. I don’t normally write these reviews but they certainly deserve recognition in my book.

I have never heard of them before so after talking to them I felt comfortable with them. They did a great job with keeping me informed and took care of everything with my insurance company.
