Excellent customer service! Prompt return of phone calls, reasonable rates and great scheduling. I was very impressed before they even came to do the tree work and I am even more impressed now that they have been here. They were so quick and professional and left my yard clean and raked. Things were great, price was right. He came to do the work and treated me like I wasn't the customer. I understand he had other places to be but I was paying him good. ON top of that he broke my driveway with his truck and has not made it right yet. In my opinion he is a hack. He wouldn't cut the wood to the length I wanted it to fit in my stove. Again, that was included in the estimate. I didn't get what I paid for. I was left with a mess. There are tons of tree companies in the area and I recommend using another. I hope this is useful to someone. And also, let me note, he treated his help poorly. They worked hard it seemed and all he did was scream and holler. It was a miserable day for me having him on my property but I had paid in advance and wanted the work done. All is said and done, I have a broken driveway, wood to big for my stove and because I am of color feel I was treated like garbage.

WOW!!! Jackson's Tree Service is the BEST! We live in Wells, Maine. The service provided has exceeded our expectations by far! Professional, kind, considerate, hard working, FAST, and the price was right! We would not consider using any other company in the future. Once perfection is found there is no reason to switch.
