I had such a wonderful experience from their wonderful staff, that even if I left empty-handed, I would definitely keep coming back! Purely driven by compassion and integrity. You're not a sales commission, they actually take the time to get to know you and LISTEN! :-)

I love this family owned, small business! I've had my wedding ring cleaned, sized and repaired there a couple times in the last 10 years. Excellent and personal service that's hard to find anymore.

I needed my wedding band resized. Some of the prongs also needed to be retipped. I had taken the set to 2 other jewelers. They both said the large stone setting was fine, but the small stones needed their prongs repaired. Palace Jewelers told me the entire basket of the large stone needed to be replaced and the small stone setting were fine. My husband used to work at a jewelry store, and knew Palace was NOT correct in their diagnosis. Had I left my ring there, I would have paid for an unnecessary repair. I took it to another store!

Absolutely the worst jewelers I've ever encountered. Took a watch to be repaired and was told the jeweler would call to find out what needed to be done...no one called. Two days later I called to ask about repairs and was told they forgot to call. Told them to perform the repairs and a week later called back after....again, no call. Was told they didn't get the go ahead to perform the repairs. Told them to leave the watch alone, I'll take it to another jewelers. A complete waste of time and energy to even walk into their store.

So personal and just great people! They go above and beyond!
