The Davison Club is a fitness club open seven days a week. Its facilities include a 10,000-square-foot fitness center that caters to beginners as well as professional body builders and features cardiovascular and weight resistance equipment and free weights. It offers customized personal training through certified personal trainers who have the expertise in various areas, such as body fat reduction, cardiovascular conditioning, strength and resistance training, postrehabilitation from injury, flexibility training, functional training and nutritional counseling. Its pool programs include individual and family aquatic programs, including private swimming lessons, recreational swimming, water aerobics and lap swimming. The club also has the facilities for racquetball, squash, paddleball and badminton. It is located in Davison, Mich.
