It is our pleasure to welcome you to The Jan Kinder Center for Health and Well-Being, a mind body spirit center situated around a tranquil setting of lush tropical vegetation, fountains and waterfalls. We are located in Cooper City, 20 minutes west of beautiful Hollywood Beach, Florida. The center was first opened in 1996 as the Mind Body Health Institute in NJ, relocated in 2000 as The Self Centre International at Caneel Bay, St John, VI, and in 2012 moved to its new home in southern Florida under its present name. It is our intention to nourish and provide individuals of all ages with holistic approaches for wellness. Clients come to the center for different reasons. Some are seeking ways to improve their health, cope with everyday stressors, relax & rejuvenate, and empower their lives. Baby boomers are searching for more out of life, inner peace and a higher sense of purpose. Many look at rekindling their sense of spirit and expanding their awareness. Others want to heal at deep er levels, releasing negative patterns creating harmony between mind, body and spirit.
