Have been using Farris for over a year now & have no complaints. Pickup is for a residential complex in downtown Ft Lauderdale & they have consistently shown up on days they say collection is & their rates are way better than their competition. Previous service was with one of the big outfits & they failed to pickup numerous times plus would fail to pick up the recycle containers. In contrast, Farris has been very responsive & would recommend them.

This place is a mess they don't even have permits I have called the state of Florida and they have a whole bunch Of complaints with city's in broward county the people who pick up the phone's are rude and have no clue of what there saying plus they never send invoices and try to charge you extra for late fees stay away from this people they are really bad people

MY NAME IS TODD.I HAVE 12 APARTMENT COMPLEXES BETWEEN BROWARD COUNTY AND MIAMI DADE.I CALLED FOR A QUOTE AND MIKE RESPONDED WITHIN NO TIME CAME TO MY OFFICE GAVE ME A VERY VERY COMPETITIVE RATE SO I TRIED THEM OUT.I WAS VERY IMPRESSED SO I GAVE THEM THE REST OF MY PROPERTIES AND I COULDNT BE MORE HAPPY DRIVER GETS OUT OF THE TRUCK AND PICKED UP ALL THE EXTRA TRASH DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME EXTRA.I OFFERED DRIVER EXTRA MONEY HE TOLD ME NO THANKS ITS MY JOB,WOW I IMPRESSED.VERY HIGHLY RECOMENDED 08/8/11

This company is great, my company switched to them 8 months ago and have had no issues since. The customer service (a real person answers the phone) and prices can't be beat! I highly recommend them.
