Excellent customer service. I brought my TV to the shop on Friday September 9, 2016 before close. I received a call first thing in the morning to notify me that my unit was going to be inspected and diagnosed. Soon after received another call to notify me what part needed to be changed and the cost of the job to allow me to make an informed decision on whether I want to repair or not. I agreed to do it and the part was then ordered. I received a follow up call onMonday, September 12, 2016 to notify me that my unit was ready on for pick up. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend DM Electronics for all your TV repair needs.

I had bought a TV from him, 125$ and the sound stopped working shortly after . He promised a replacement got his TV back . It's been almost 1 year I still have not got new TV . Every time I call he's so nice and convincing its comming but when that day comes he lies again . He's a scam artist ! Do not deal with him ! Do not buy from him expecislly
