We had Robert come out and do our patio. We do love our patio. There were a few things that didn't turn out exactly like I wanted but mostly it's very pretty. The reason I give him lower Stars which I would raise his review if he would just answer his call backs. He gives a 10 year warranty. Well that's no good if you can't reach him. Then when you do reach him he says he will drop by and never does. He just finished a project on my street and never came by. I have cracks that we're not fixed last time he was here. I just want it corrected and fixed. We have referred many people to him. Enough where he could at least be cool and answer our call backs.

Parks Paradise did a TERRIBLE job on my project. They did not construct a single footer underneath my retaining walls. Although he has admitted guilt in the matter, he is very unwilling to set it straight, and is essentially forcing a lawsuit. So that could be you if you hire him. By law, they are not supposed to be doing any general contracting work in the state of North Carolina. You can see pictures of the job they did on google reviews.

We are very happy with our recent front yard renovation. Parks created a design which included raised concrete walls and columns faced with stone, formal hedge borders, a new stone walkway, irrigation and lighting, stone sitting benches and large potted accent plants. Robert was easy to work with and spent a morning with us at vendors showing us the exact plants and products he envisioned. The project started on time and finished on time, and came in at budget. There were never any surprises or major issues. He has several crews and the ones working on our project were always friendly, easy to communicate with and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. They even laid sod in areas of the front yard that became worn during the project. The finished product came out so nicely that we had them update all of our outdoor lighting with LED lights, and build five additional matching stone beds and columns along the side of our house. We have had many compliments from neighbors.

He listened attentively as we brainstormed ideas and discussed various options while walking around the house.
