Ruined a shirt that I only wore once. My shirt came back one size smaller - the seams were puckered - it looked terrible, and of course I can't wear it again. I called to ask them about it and all they kept saying was "we clean lots of shirts and never had a problem". They will not take any responsibility for ruining my shirt - very disappointed.

Absolutely wonderful place to get your clothes cleaned! The lady named Kay is a sweetheart that knows exactly how to clean your clothes! She will dry clean some things that are meant to be washed because she knows that dry cleaning will make your clothes last longer. And if you really wanted your shirts washed then was it at home and don't take it to the cleaners, it's simple as that! I can't complain bout my clothes. She even gives me gifts on Xmas! What other cleaners do that!!!!

I love this cleaners! They were in the news paper for being the best cleaners in town. Yes the prices are high but the quality of work is great. I don't know what the other lady is talking about! I have been their customer for over ten yrs n love them to death! My clothes turn out great all the time!

The lady that runs this dry cleaner is very friendly and persuasive, claiming that her prices are higher because of her expert attention to detail - NOT TRUE! She permanently stained 2 of my husbands shirts. She dry cleaned 5 of his shirts that were not labeled "dry clean only" even though I specifically requested regular wash and press. She charged me for 14 shirts instead of 13, $2.50 for regular cleaning and $5 for dry cleaning, for a total of $51.06. When I explained that I was over charged, she retaliated that she actually gave me a discount. I will never go back there again and will tell my neighbors to avoid this place.
