I bought a hotub and intended on buying a pool. I wanted to wait until the hottub and some decking was finished first. I contacted them and told them I wanted to be on the list for the pool which the contract had already been made for the pool. I was told I would be contacted in a week. Weeks went by with no call. I went to the business and they were extremely unfriendly and acted like they really didn't even know me. You would think that a company would want to retain a customer that had both a pool and a hottub but I guess not. I asked what was going on and there was no answer. The part owner asked what was going on when he over heard and had no explaination and acted like he didn't care. I said I would just go elsewhere for the pool. He said he had enough business and that didn't matter. I started calling other companies and without disclosing where I was treated so poorly and just explaining that they acted like they didn't know me. All 4 other companies said you must have been at pleasure pools. I guess I am not the only one who is treated like this. Watch out.

I had been a previous customer I was on the list to have a pool installed. Never heard from them to set up time to plot things out. Went into business and they said they would call me in the next week or two. Never heard anything. Went back to business to find out what was going on. They acted like they didnt even know me and like I hadn't just bought a spa from them. They were not friendly and actually very rude. They said it would be another 5 weeks. The part owner over heard and asked what was going on and I explained. There was no response. I said fine I will go elsewhere. Owner then stated that's fine, we have enough business here anyway. This is exteremely poor customer service and i regret buying anything from them. I called other companies to start my search again and explained how I was treated withou disclosing where. It was quite interesting that 3 other companies said .....oh you must have been at pleasure pools and spas. It obviously happens to just me. I am very upset.

whatever you do never grt pleasure pools and spas to install a pool for you. they donot follow the manufacrtures instruction and use their own quicker method that does not last. do not take the chance.

The staff is very knowledgable and they cut me a great deal on my pool cue. they even weighted it for free!
