      Great Visit

      I was very pleased with the appointment. She spent alot of time with me. I had several questions to ask her. She was very through and explained each problem. I came to her for a 2nd opinion and I will certainly keep her as my doctor.

      Dr. Davis conferred with me regarding a upcoming knee replacement surgery by another orthopedic physician that she sent me to. She listened intently to what I said regarding what the other physician had explained to me regarding the upcoming surgery and how it might affect my ankle. Dr. Davis concurred with the other physician's treatment plan. As Dr. Davis knows I have a difficult problem with my knee because of may ankle deformity and the number of surgeries I had in 1961 because of a car accident. She also indicated the she would be available to assist the other physician which made my wife and I feel very good because of the respect and faith we have in Dr. Davis. She again took the time to spend with my wife and I and did not rush us in any way. My wife and I have the utmost faith in Dr. Davis.

      Great!

      Saw Pam two years ago for achillies tendonitis and it has returned so I paid her a visit. She was even nicer than I remember and she looked great! Looking forward to follow up visit.

      As an experienced Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Davis ââ"šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å“ The Foot & Ankle MD evaluates and treats all types of disorders of the foot and ankle. Dr. Davis has been practicing in the Quad Cities since 1993. She is consulted for treatment of bunion, hammertoe, claw toe, mallet toe, neuroma, metatarsalgia, Achilles tendinitis, Achilles Tendon rupture, posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, other tendinitis and tendon problems, flat foot (fallen arch), cavus foot (high arch), plantar fasciitis, heel pain, arthritis of the foot and ankle, ankle injuries including ankle sprain and fracture (broken ankle). She also specializes in running and sports injuries of the foot and ankle. Surgery is performed at Mississippi Valley Surgery Center an out-patient surgery center, or at the local hospitals: Trinity Medical Center (Bettendorf, Moline, or Rock Island Campuses) or Genesis Medical Center (Illini or West Campuses). Only a few minor procedures are done in the office. In 2012, Dr Davis began treating nail fungus with the PinPointe Laser. Laser is the most effective treatment for nail fungus and it avoids the side effects and complications of oral medication (pills). To compliment this part of her practice, she offers medical pedicures ââ"šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å“ a safe alternative to salon pedicures. All tools are sterilized like surgical instruments so there is no chance of getting fungus with a medical pedicure. Dr. Davis graduated from the Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX) and then completed internship, orthopedic residency, and a foot and ankle fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals and Clinics at the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. In addition to her orthopedic foot and ankle surgery practice, Dr. Davis enjoys spending time with her family and being involved in sporting activities, such as sailing, water skiing, and snow skiing.
