I stayed in this dump on 7-24-09 and my pillow had burn holes in it. I went to the front desk and the man said oh yeah I saw that I put the pillow case on sorry this is our last room. I stated I wanted a full refund and he gave me the line of I would have to talk to the manager and gave me a card. Well the manager has yet to this date done anything to resolve the issue. We were staying because of a big storm in Davenport and we should have been treated with more respect.

This review has been made to replace the negative feedback left earlier. The billing problem was taken care of in a professional and timely manner.

Quoted one price and charged me a whole lot more!!! DON'T stay in the dump!
