      In 1980 Jeff Baumgartner purchased Fuhr Time and Signal Company, renamed it American Time and Signal Company and moved it into an old post office in Dassel, Minn. That same year, he mailed out approximately 16,000 catalogs and emphasized the phrase 'We'll repair your clocks'. By 1981, the business had grown to the point where Baumgartner needed to start adding employees to assist with the clock repair process. American Time and Signal Company is a solution provider for time management systems and clock repairs. The company s repair services include time care, pricing and replacement motors. It also offers a variety of products, including system clocks, SiteSync wireless clock systems, nonsystem clocks, system clock parts and accessories, system clock motor movements and clock motors, time recorders and time stamps, protective guards, sound security, signage, audio and visual mounting, flags and safety and security mirrors. The American Time and Signal Company is headquartered in Dassel, Minn.
