If I could give this service department negative stars I would. I took my car in to fix a recall and they completely destroyed it. They cut off the hanger to my exhaust and welded it to the right side of my car! They are of NO HELP WHATSOEVER!! HORRIBLE MANAGER! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Save yourself the headaches and stay the heck away from here!!

I recently bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee from David over at colonial. I knew what I wanted, and he made that happen with any problems. The price is good and the service was great.

I know winter is right around the corner and I didn't want to be unprepared, so I dropped in to check out some of their Jeeps. With David's help, I decided on a Grand Cherokee, and I already really like it. I know it will definitely be a nice upgrade from my previous vehicle.

This dealership gets 5*s in everything it does. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to completely answer every question I had and provide me with great information. And for being a smallish store, they have a really nice selection, as well.

David was one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I've ever worked with. He pinpointed exactly what I needed for my family and the tough New England winters. It's been the ideal vehicle for our needs.

This dealership, with David in particular, has a very knowledgeable staff. Dave answered all my questions quickly and concisely. He knew the specs on nearly every Ram I asked him about, when compared to other pickups. Because he knew his stuff, I decided to buy my truck from him and I've never been disappointed with it.

This is a 5* dealership, and those are really hard to come by. I've only worked with David, so I can't vouch for the other sales people here, but he is one of the few open and honest sales people I've met. He tells you what to expect and what is a realistic fit straight away. I definitely appreciated that because then I wasn't stuck wasting my time. He goes out of his way to make you enjoy the experience and feel welcomed.

My salesperson, Dave, was outgoing, fun, and very knowledgeable. Once he helped me find a vehicle I loved, he was able to expedite the whole buying process with his finance manager's help. My salesman David Bernier have me some of the best service I've very had especially from a car dealership. I liked him so much that my wife and I are thinking of trading in her car for a new one as well.

This store gets 5 stars across the board. The knowledgeable staff was truly represented in David, whom went above and beyond everything I could have asked for. The professionalism good hand-in-hand with this. In addition to him, everyone I was in contact with from the other salesmen near by to the finance office were really professional. The selection at this store (which is smaller than many other stores) was more than I expected. All around, the staff and service I received here were wonderful.

I drove over an hour to get to Colonial after not being able to find the truck I wanted nearby. They had the closest to what I wanted and David helped me get acquainted with all of its features. With his help, I was able to drive it home just a couple days later.
