I went to Versailles Medical Spa recently for my smile lines, jowls, and enhancement of my cheeks . I wanted to maintain my natural appearance and look younger again so I showed a picture of me when I was younger. This was money well spent as Alicia ( the nurse) was excellent, professional, very knowledgeable and took the time to evaluate me and understand my specific requirements and expectations. After a pain free treatment of Juvederm, my smile lines and jowls disappeared, and my cheeks were accentuated beautifully. I got several compliments that very day on how great I looked. In addition, Alicia herself contacted me a couple of days later to check up on me which was very impressive and reassuring. I was very happy with her care and proficiency. It's my first time to have the laser treatment and Marie has been very gentle and careful, all the staff members are friendly and respectful. The place is great and clean. I've recommended Versailles to my friends and they love it. For the negative review, I started my treatment way before you did and have never seen this doctor..Maybe it's a mistake.. And oh, they give discounts too! luvit!

I have been receiving laser hair removal treatments and am amazed at the results, even right after the first session! Marie is very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I highly recommend going to see her as she is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The office is beautiful, very clean and really easy to get to right off exit 10!

As a devout client of Versailles Medical Spa, I can't say enough about it. Having several treatments done, including laser, microdermabrasion, facials and teeth whitening, I must say everything was performed in a clean and professional manner. I'm a bit shocked at the negative review. I have been to Versailes Medical Spa numerous times and have had the complete opposite experiance. I find they are cautious, do not over sell, highly professional, back up their work and on the cutting edge.
