Since then we have expanded to five bays and are now a full service operation. We stay very up to date, technically, growing with the auto industry. I've been taking my vehicles here for nearly 10 years. I have always gotten great service, excellent work, and reasonable pricing. I've had various vehicles serviced for various issues/maintenance and have always walked away happy. They have never tried to force me into additional work like some shops do, only make suggestions and be realistic letting me know if it does not actually need repair immediately along with when they think it would need repair. Great shop with a great group of guys. They know me when I come in even after I haven't been there for a while which is always nice. Have already referred people to Quality who have been happy with their work, and will continue to do so.

Not happy with the amount of time it took them to get to fix my car. It has been 4 weeks and they haven't fixed it yet. I have to call them all the time to find out what is going on.
