I've lived in Lake Forest since 1998 and have had excellent service fron Hadley Pest Control, and Bay Area pest Control before Hadley brought them out. Agents are always on time or they call in advance to let you know they are running late. The termite dogs are great and my service for all these years has been excellent.Any necessary return trips are handled promtply and thier prices and the best in the area. Great Company! They are usualy on time, or they call. Great service. I'm sure they are really proud of their termite dogs, I've seen them in action and They are Amazing! I've never had any problems with them. The office staff answers all my questions and their field guys are really know bugs! Love doing business with this comapny!!!

DO NOT USE BAY AREA or HADLEY PEST CONTROL!!! They are rude, overpriced, don't show up on time, and I still have a termite problem!!! They care more about their stupid dogs and not enough about killing termites (their dogs are "Termite Dogs") I wouldn't even give this business one star...but I have to. I wholeheartedly recommend that you skip this business and go with a more professional and reputable exterminator.
