Provided by YP.comIncompetent service dept. Could not diagnose a transmission issue and never test drove it before or after the supposed fix. 10,488 mile on it when it was dropped off and 10,488 miles on it when i picked it up unrepaired. Had it towed 140 mile to a competent dealer. They did not care. I notified Woodall managers and owner by phone message and email, to date not one response. horrible customer service.

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment several months ago. After my alignment, I ordered four new tires for the vehicle. In just five short months, my back tires were worn to slicks and the front tires still looked new. When I noticed the tires I brought the vehicle back to be checked. The completely unqualified "service manager" told me that it wasn't my alignment that was causing them to wear. This was without even checking the car. He gave me every excuse he could to discredit me without actually coming out and saying that i was lying.
I had my father (who knows more about cars) call and speak with them. After several calls, they agreed to recheck the vehicle. As it turns out, one of the tires was several degrees off of what it should have been. At which point, the "service manager" still tried to say that was not the cause of my tires being worn. The issue was corrected. However, the dealership did not have the decency to replace the worn tires. They agreed to replace one if we paid for the other. I was not pleased about this but accepted. Them paying for one was better than paying for none.
I left the dealership with my vehicle to have lunch. On my way I noticed that the steering wheel was not positioned properly (which was not like this when I dropped the car off). If the steering wheel of the car was held straight, the car would turn into the other lane. I took the car to the dealership.....again. This time the "service manager" informed me that nothing could be done because they didn't perform any alignment to the front end. Well if it wasn't like this when I dropped it off, then something was done to cause it.
I am beyond displeased with the service that Woodall Nissan has provided. Going forward, not only will I never purchase a vehicle through them, I will not take any vehicle in for them to service. To discredit customers (even when they ended up being correct) is absolutely unacceptable!
