      I saved $45 getting my title transfered at Nolan's compared to other notaries. WOW No pink slip and no white paper taped to my windshield. They give you your actual registation card and plate sticker in their office.

      Fast and friendly. I did a title transfer. Received my registration card and sticker. No paper in my back window. Shopped around and they had the lowest prices.
