The firm was established in 1938, and now has six shareholders, Thomas A. Christopher, Larry T. Clark, Walter L. Goggin, Janna S. Rigney, Julie W. Holt and Jonathan M. Meyer as well as twelve additional professional accounting staff and three support staff for a total of twenty-one personnel.
