Just had the best service in a long time from Serrandan at the Danville Burger King in Danville IL on main st. We went they the drive thru and we got home and we had missing fries for our meals. I called the store and he said he would make all fresh and hot. As I stood waiting he let me know what he wa doing every step of th way. I ha to wait on fresh cooked fries and fresh cooked chicken sandwich bit I did not mind cause he made my order and feel like we were the only customer in he place. Koodo's to our Burger King on Main in Danville, IL other business in our town could learn from this hard worker how to give excellent customer service.
