this establishment should be ashamed, i will NEVER return to this company. i was a single 22 year old woman barley making it from paycheck to paycheck. they told me i qualified for their budget billing, they claimed i used $1400.00 in gas in 2 months, mind you i live in a 840 square foot trailer. i put a padlock on the tank and they never called, left a note (other than a bill) nothing, until i called them to tell them their was no way i used that much gas and i thought they were ripping me off, they gave me the number to community action and said they would pay it. they used my account, and my low income to get more money. then when i called to tell them to take their tank away they told me it would be a week because they were busy...mind you its August.....i would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!
