      Dr. Sembrat is a wonderful Doctor! I couldn't move when I went to Dr. Sembrat for help. For the first time in years I'm able to walk standing straight and I wake up without pain. I'm a 67 year old woman who had forgot what it felt like to live without pain until I saw Dr. Sembrat. In two and a half weeks I feel alive again. Thank you Doctor, I owe you everything.
