If I could give them a half star--I would--the techs are good--but every time I've called it's been at least an hour wait and sometimes two--and they don't have the things they need. I am on automatic delivery (yeah, right) and have to call every time to get oil. Last week I called on Thursday for a delivery -- since I heard the weather report--I called and left a message and two e-mails and have called 3 times today--they are telling me Wednesday--one woman said I was on for today--but changed it because her supervisor said Wednesday. So, I can run out --my road is narrow and they plow us last--so Wednesday won't happen--I am told they will "carry" the oil up the road--they better. I have to say their service has gone downill big time.

Unbelievable service! The night was freezing and there goes the heat. They were there in 30 minutes and we were warm within the hour. Couldn't ask for anything better!!!!!
