Ordered a rootbeer float, somehow they screwed it up and it tasted terrible. I complained to the waiter and he said he could do nothing because he never made them before. So I asked for a manager. One came over he was very nice and apologetic. He asked if there was anything he could do or get me I said no thank you. When paying my server he never came back to give me my change. My daughter had a supper and sundae with extra cherries. That was the highlight of her day. If you go to friendly's on rt114 make sure the server knows what he is serving. They are very slow but nice
