I have lived here for a year now and I haven't had any issues. They have helped me replace water valves, and have worked around my schedule. I do have a water softner and filtered water which helps. I dont mind the water at all and the water dept has been nothing but great for me! Thanks 610 E Main

With out a doubt the most irresponsible service in the village that you have to PAY for. I have lived here 4 months as we have had that many boil orders. I have had to install a filter system to protect what was left of my clothing after having most of it ruined by the condition of the water. I am extremely unhappy and feel the residents of this village should be credited for 50% of the water costs we incur. It is hardly good enough to flush the toilet and yet it continues to be that way!! What are you going to do about this DANVERS?? Why do we have to tolerate such irresponsibility??
