My wife and I are both very pleased with the service and the quality of people who they sent to care for Linda. We had the pleasure of meeting and associating with two of the nicest ladies we have encountered. Lisa, and Amy are absolutely wonderful. They are both pleasant, friendly, polite, professional, and diligent. They do little extras without even being asked. They do a thorough, quality job on everything they do. This company had me totally fooled. Claimed to be pca. A true Pca registered with the state of CT. VIA the ct state dept on aging is Hands on. This company is Hands off. Meaning the are not a health care agency by any means. It is a housekeeping service.

Workers are not trained nor should this agency call themselves healthcare in any manner. The staff cannot do things that require healthcare. The owner is rude and very disorganized. Staff is not trained in any basic CPR, anything. This is just a basic housecleaning service. Posing as a healthcare agency.

DO NOT WORK HERE! the owner is an absolute failure, I know a few people who work here and if there is a call out she never notifies the client,leaving them with no one to help that client for the day. She makes you responsible for things that are not even in your job description. She under pays you and if you have to do any errands for a client don't expect gas money because its not provided. Additionally, if the client happens to be hospitalized she does not notify the worker,leaving you to go to the home with no one there.Mary-beth congnon is a very irresponsible owner and boss of this company she does not care or show any compassion for the client or you!
