Ordered a part-right side view mirror with blindspot, for my S-class Mercedes. At 1st they seemed easy to deal with. Part arrived. Mirror arrived without blindspot detection. They sent wrong part once, ok, mistakes happen. Had to call several times however to get it straightened out. I went out of the country due to planned business and they were to mail the correct part to my Auto shop in Las Vegas. Although almost every employee had the correct address,. they still mailed it to my home where no one was instead of the shop. This was all within a 2 1/2 week span-due to me having to call them over 5x from Europe-costing me more money. I had to PAY someone to retrieve the part from my home & bring to my shop. ONLY TO FIND THAT ONCE AGAIN THEY SENT THE WRONG PART!!!! They sent the left side mirror & not the right! So yet again, I and now my shop in Vegas had to chase them down to get them to RE-send another part. They apologized and said they really dropped the ball but needed us to send back the other parts before they sent the actual correct part?! So I was supposed to just drive a car without a side view mirror? No, after going back & forth for more days, they agreed to send. It was again sent to my address and not the shop! FML. This time it was the correct part but I had to pay for the install & re-painting of this twice due to their error. I asked for a concession after the wrong part was sent twice, they said they'd give back the $100. They also agreed to credit back the $251.95 that I paid twice for install. Now its been 2 weeks since I have been home and gotten my car back. EVERY DAY the owner Christian has put me off. During one phone call he had the audacity to complain about having to pay express shipping for the 2nd & 3 part!!!! HIS EMPLOYEES MADE THAT MISTAKE NOT ME! EVERYDAY he says he will call me back to refund me. EVERYDAY he does NOT follow through. Call it lack of professionalism, "being busy" isn't going to cut it. This has cost me over $150 in phone calls to remedy something that should have NEVER been an issue in the 1st place! Mistakes happen in every business, its about how you remedy them that counts. THIS IS ABUSIVE AND DECEITFUL. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
