The company owns and operates architectural, engineering, mortgage, title, land development and sale, golf course development and management, lumber distribution and landscape subsidiaries. Toll Brothers has constructed several communities, including Bayside at Ocean City in Berlin, Md.; Bowes Creek Country Club in Elgin, Ill..; Willow Glen Place in San Jose, Calif.; Belle Lago Estates in Fort Myers, Fla.; and Hidden Canyon Estates in Las Vegas. Headquartered in Horsham, Pa., the company maintains a location in Newtown, Conn.
